Terms and Conditions


Orders may be placed by mail or online.  We also offer many payment options for your convenience.  After your order is placed an email will be sent to you with an order receipt #.  Please allow 24 hrs. for processing.


We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, Paypal, money orders and personal checks.  For personal checks, please allow up to 10 business days to clear.  Checks and money orders must be made in US Dollars only.  When sending a check or money order please include your name, address, phone number and a copy of your order.  Orders will be held for 10 days while awaiting payment.

An email confirmation is sent to you the day your order is shipped.  Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after processing with the exception of weekends and holidays (unless otherwise indicated). Special orders are normally shipped within 5-8 weeks but may vary depending on the manufacturer. If other items are ordered along with special order items it is our policy to hold and ship everything as one complete order.

~ NOTICE ~ Due to a transition at Dimensions, all kits (Dimensions, Sunset, Baby Hugs) not currently on hand will take 1-2 weeks to get back in stock. Orders may still be placed and will ship once in stock.

International customers, you are solely responsible for any customs charges, duties, VAT or other taxes charged by your country.


Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for returns.  You will then be issued a return #.  Merchandise must be returned in new, unopened and resaleable condition.  Refunds will be issued (less shipping charges) upon inspection of returned merchandise.  Opened and/or unsealed merchandise does not qualify for a refund.  We want our customers to be happy so please contact us if there is a problem.

** No returns on charts, patterns, sale items or special orders so please choose carefully **

If we sent the wrong merchandise then of course we will exchange it at our expense.  In order to do this, all wrong merchandise must be returned in new, unopened and resaleable condition.  Again, please contact us for a return #.

Returns without a return # issued or prior arrangements made will not be accepted.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Special Orders

Special Orders are ordered directly from our distributors and shipped as soon as we receive them. Occasionally items are on backorder from the distributor and can take several weeks to arrive. We will contact you if there is any such delay with your order. If other items are ordered along with special order items it is our policy to hold and ship everything as one complete order.


If for some reason an item is backordered we will notify you by email.  Backorders will be held for up to 30 days, if your order cannot be filled within that time it will be canceled.


You may cancel your order anytime within 24 hrs of placing your order.  Once shipped please refer to our returns policy.


We make every effort to notify customers as to your order receipt, shipping and just answering your questions, so please make sure you provide a working email address when ordering or contacting us 914-588-4134.


Your privacy is very important to us.  We NEVER share any personal information provided to us with any third party.
