This lovely fairy is able to enchant the winter season.  Her dress is a delicate balance of dusty blue and turquoise ... row of iridescent blending filament on the bottom of the dress to stitch with beads, bloom on her dress.  Black hair was choosen because this color is full of mystery and passion.
